Erla Technologies SAS has integrated into its catalogue a fuel distribution management terminal which simplifies the processes for fuel duty recovery.

Erla Technologies SAS provide managers of private fleets of vehicles with its Epack fuel management terminal. This terminal provides security to the refuelling process on activity sites. The Epack management terminal is capable of identifying each of the company’s drivers as well as the vehicles and provides monitoring of daily fuel consumption via manual or automatic input of mileages.

The connection between the fuel dispensing equipment and Epack management software has been designed to be implemented into the company’s network via wired, radio and PSTN/GSM modem. Epack management software, coupled with the terminal guarantees data handling and automatically produces the statuses required for fuel duty recovery. The Epack management logic controller is a unique and patented system which ensures the security of equipment as well as management and analysis of distribution of fuel, lubricants, Adblue and other industrial fluids. All of the MODULIS range of dispensing equipment for petroleum products and industrial fluids is factory fitted with the Epack management logic controller.

The Epack management logic controller provides users with various functions:

 

  • Visualisation of the number of litres of fuel supplied
  • Pre-determination of the volume of products to load
  • Selection of the product(s) to be distributed
  • Estimation of the stocks remaining in the storage tanks
  • Contactless vehicle and driver recognition thanks to a card or badge equipped with RFID technology
  • Mileage data recovery for vehicles with the onboard GPS modules. Data recovery is carried out manually or automatically
  • Electronic level gauging of the remaining volumes in the retention tanks via the Epacklevel sensors.
